1. GDPR information
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we present the rules for processing personal data on the Pogodynka.eu Website.
The data controller is the Operator of the Website. Processing details are also described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Data minimisation and IP masking
The Website applies the data-minimisation principle (Art. 5(1)(c) GDPR).
IP addresses in statistics are masked: the last segment of the address is replaced with “xxx” (e.g. 192.168.0.xxx). As a result, the statistical data does not allow identification of a single device or person.
This anonymisation reduces the scope of personal data processed in the public layer of the Website.
3. Legal bases for processing
Data is processed on the basis of:
- the controller’s legitimate interest — statistics and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- the user’s consent — e.g. sending a message or accepting optional cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Rights of data subjects
Every person has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability.
A person has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Requests concerning these rights can be submitted via the contact form.
5. Data security
The Operator applies technical and organisational data-protection measures, including securing the admin panel (login, session protection, CSRF protection) and storing passwords only as a hash in the server configuration.
Access to technical data is limited to authorised persons only.
Important note
