The Pogodynka.eu engine classifies wind gusts, rain, snow, storms, fog, heat and frost.

GIS

Vector administrative boundaries from geoBoundaries, cached on the server.

Weather data: Open-Meteo. Administrative boundaries: geoBoundaries under the licence stated in the metadata.
